boise first half - boise at home, i see them coming out the gates fast and often. fresno st are just awful as of late. they got blown out at hawaii and see the same result on the road tonite.

11/2
louisville first half and game - home team with better defense. louisville matches up well defensively with wva. this will be the 4th week back for qb brohm and i think he'll find his rythm and move the offense.

11/4
ohio st game - covering machine all year
ohio st first half -

penn st under - no offense and their defense has been admirable.

va tech game
va tech under- both offenses are average and their defense is the strong suit. va tech seems to be coming around as of late on offense and miami seems to be heading the other direction.

pitt game
pitt first half- Better overall talent and balance.

hawaii - as long as the weather holds up this will should be a blow out. previous years hawaii struggled on the mainland and had no defense. this year they've fared well on the mainland and their defense have held lesser teams in check.

usc - play against standford.
nevada - play against idaho. neveda lost by 7 to hawaii in hawaii and hawaii just blew out idaho.
wake - haven't lost this year has a home dog.
indiana - been playing better every week. minnesota has looked awful. two teams going in different directions so why is idiana getting 6? seems odd.

will be back with actual plays...any thoughts are appreciated.

I think taking Boise in this game is a mistake whether it be 1st half or the full game. Fresno has been playing better of late. The best team in the country (in my mind), LSU, was leading Fresno by only 14 at home last week at half time. LSU would clean Boise's clock if they ever played eachother.

Fresno has a new QB in place and he is doing very well not turning the ball over. Fresno is a ball control offense and at the very least they will keep this game VERY close.

Fresno's defense returned 8 of 11 starters from last years team that shut down Boise and held them to 294 total yards and 7 points.

Nice nite in football. nba took a little wind out of my sails tho but moving on to today.

aaronblake-I'm not too familiar with the SEC. Got to watch a few games this year. LSU defense looks tough but their talented QB scares me. Too many turnovers. Tennessee has looked solid and are at home. I see many people on Tennessee. It's a no play for me.

Tonite we got a dynamite game. 2 solid programs with alot to play for. WVA has been a covering machine for me and I got mad love for them. Their running game is just sick and they have a solid special teams. What concerns me about them is that they're very one dimensional on offense. White's a wonderfully athletic qb but can he pass effecient enough to make Louisville's defense stay honest? On the other side, you have a very solid Louisville defense who's given up chunks of yards on the ground lately. They are the heart and soul of this team. I think the reason for this is that the offense has sputtered since the return of qb Brohm. They brought him back too early but I think this was to get him some game time before this matchup. Like I mentioned before, it's been about 4 weeks since he's been back and I feel that's enough time for him to get back his timing and confidence from the thumb injury. He will be the key factor in this game. Maintaining drives to give his defense the much needed rest. I don't think this game will be as high scoring as most people think. There's alot on the line and pressure to win. I can't see too many risks being taken and it may come down to a battle of field position.
