    Brett Favre - QB, Green Bay Packers 11/18/2006

    Brett Favre suffered a groin pull in practice on Thursday and was limited in practice on Friday. He only took some of the reps with the offense though he often takes it easy towards the end of the week just to be rested. Favre had already been held out on Wednesday to rest his sore ankles but then added the groin pull on Thursday. "He's sore today. His groin really bothered him," HC Mike McCarthy said.

    Bernard Berrian - WR, Chicago Bears 11/18/2006

    Chicago Bears WR Bernard Berrian practiced with the team on Friday but will likely be a gametime decision to play this weekend. Berrian who is listed as questionable with a rib injury would be a key piece of the offense to have against a week Jets secondary.

    Terry Glenn - WR, Dallas Cowboys 11/18/2006

    WR Terry Glenn, who has been out with a knee injury, is expected to return to the field Sunday when the Cowboys play against the Indianapolis Colts. Glenn has practiced extensively during the week and has looked good when doing it.

    Willis McGahee - RB, Buffalo Bills 11/18/2006

    Starting RB Willis McGahee will miss his second game Sunday with broken ribs. Backup running back Anthony Thomas will get the start for the injured McGahee.

    Jerious Norwood - RB, Atlanta Falcons 11/18/2006

    RB Jerious Norwood, who has been recovering from a knee injury practiced on Friday for the third day in a row. The rookie running back from Mississippi State has been a key part of the Falcons running game this season and will likely be a gametime decision for Atlanta on Sunday.

    Frank Gore - RB, San Francisco 49ers 11/18/2006

    San Francisco running back Frank Gore, who has been recovering this week from a mild concussion, is listed as probable for the 49ers game against the Seattle Seahawks.

    Santana Moss - WR, Washington Redskins 11/18/2006

    Redskins WR Santana Moss has been downgraded to doubtful for Washington's next game against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. Moss who has been nursing a hamstring injury for the last few weeks has just practiced on a limited basis this week. When asked if there was any chance Moss would play in the game this is what was said. "There is some slight hope," Gibbs said. "We will hold out and see how he feels game day, but we will have to make a decision on that at the last second."

    Ray Lewis - LB, Baltimore Ravens 11/18/2006

    The Ravens announced that LB Ray Lewis has been officially ruled out for Baltimore's next game against the Atlanta Falcons. He had to have a pocket of blood drained from his back through a small surgical procedure. "The other guys have to step up," said coach Billick. "You don't have that comfort zone of always leaning on Ray. They have to make sure they pick up that leadership role as well
