ILLINOIS opens a 11 point chalk vs Penn State
in Chicago..
A LOOK AT PENN STATE
The Nittany Lions snapped a 13 game
Big Ten losing streak over Iowa at home
on Feb 28th....
This same team then went out on the road
to play and to no suprise got kicked to the
curb by Indiana 94-63 ...March 3
PSU is 0-10 away as a team with a total
of 11 wins this season... (11-18) PSU is a team
that is hard to beat at home (usually)
and is lost on the road......
PSU is a very bad defensive squad, the Offense
comes from 2 players, Claxton and clearly....
Beyond that its all scrap and guts.....
A LOOK AT ILLINOIS
Illinois Defense is ranked number 9 in the
Nation in scoring D... It has become Illinois
trade mark.....
Do you want to know why ?
Because the Offense is Anemic, and Defense is the
only thing saving thier tails....
The Defense is clamp down, disruptive and
Energetic and works well for this team....
Looking at the Illinois Offense trying to
manufacture points is like ........Watching
a 90 year old man change a flat tire.....
You wonder if and when it can get done....
