Denver @ Houston

I don't know about you guys but I like Houston to win SU tonite. Rosenfels appears to be a capable backup to Schaub so I don't think that's an issue. Lots of familiararity (sp) with all the ex-Bronco coaches on the Texan sideline. Denver has pretty much sucked on the road with a 1-5 ATS record including a blowout loss to Detroit and double-digit losses to Indianapolis and even Oakland.
Houston has played well at home with 4 wins, a 2 pt loss to Jacksonville and even played Indy tough for the most part. The line is currently +2 at sports.com.

What do you think about the total? I'm thinking "over" but, I haven't checked the weather yet.

i like Denver, must win for them, cutler is playing better. Denver has a perfect record aginst the texans.

Texans RB makinbg his first start, roenthauls or shatever played against a flat TB team.

Denver seems to play well under the lights and they are a veteran team needs a victory to keep hopes alive.

I know the trends are against Denver, but you cant get a trend for motivation.

In Denvers loss at detroit they were with out Lynch and Bailey, for the loss with the Raiders they were flat after blowing a huge lead and possible playoff chances in chicago. The Raiders wanted payback for the FG crap in denver with the TO

I have Houston favored by -5 at home. To get points at home with Houston is a good bet in my book.

Sorry...had to go to 'town' today after I posted....an all day affair since we moved to the Oregon Coast. The monthly WinCo run My first reaction was the under for the total but decided not to play the total at all. I really liked Houston and didn't want to spoil it. Looks good so far at 3:00 left in the 3rd.
