Illinois opens spring training for football
loaded with Offense.
100% of the passing and 87% of the running
offense is returning
The Defense is going to be a Key as ILLINOIS
must shore up the LB position, only 5 returning
starters on defense return.

Illinois opens Big 10 play with 8 straight
games without a bye week.
They are the only Big 10 team with fewer
than 7 home games last year... this year it
is only 6 home dates....
With Non Conf games with Missouri, Cinnci,
and Fresno State this schedule does Illinois
no favors.
Illinois is expecting alot this year out of
Regis Benn and Juice Williams two for sure
pro players after this year.
