Since my rule 13 picks have been hot I'm posting them this week.
Tampa Bay +3 over the NY Jets
Chicago +3 over Green Bay
Dallas +3 over San Diego
***Other rule 13 games but with other survey rules going for the opposing team (I'm posting these as games to stay away from):
Atlanta +10.5 over New Orleans
Oakland +1 over Washington
Tennessee -13 over St. Louis (St. Louis is in one of my early rules - rule 4 - that says they can possibly pull out an upset win.)

Cleveland +10 over Pittsburg - a little late but to let anyone know my computer had the game Pitt winning 23-20 and Dudly had it 23-18.5.
Detroit +13.5 over Baltimore - Computer has Baltimore winning 24.5-18.
Cincinnati +6.5 over Minnesota - Computer has it Minn 19-14.5.
Miami +3 over Jacksonville - Computer has Miami winning 22-19.5.
Philadelphia +1 over the NY Giants - Computer has Philadelphia winning 26.5-21.
