I don't have a write-up. I use technical analysis and a computer program that gives 2 probable scores. One is my own system, similar to the BCS. The other is a Yards Per Point System I've incorperated with my own system (adjusted by strength of teams). Sometimes I go against the points. That's because of surveys of what wins and loses.

Let's go...

POW - St. Louis +14 over Houston - This is one going against the systems. It is from one of my original surveys that would find the big underdog that may win straight up. My old survey had this situation winning 10-1.

NY Jets -7 over Atlanta - Rule 13 for the home team.

Baltimore -11 over Chicago - Rule 13 for the home team.

Cleveland +2.5 over KC - Cleveland Straight Up.

Detroit +12.5 over Arizona - Rule 13 and nearly the same situation as St. Louis.

Pittsburgh -2.5 over GB - Classic Rule 13.

TB +6.5 over Seattle - Should be close.

Carolina +9 over Minnesota - Classic Rule 13.

Washington +3 over the NY Giants - Washington's been making strides.

Whats the classic rule 13?

Classic Rule 13 refers to my original survey after having a good year turn disasterous. It was in 1996 and I was winning about 70% of my picks. Then, around November I had 2 weeks that took all my winnings back. The games that lost I had winning big. (I use my own program similar to what the BCS uses to find the best team and also the Dudley Yards Per Point system converted using my ratings). My system had the away team winning and the Dudley system also had the away team winning with a larger margin. I surveyed that with the results I had from '92 thru that point in '96 and found that those games went to the home team 70% of the time.

So classic rule 13 refers to that original survey. I did more surveys and incorperated the rule 13 for the home team where you go with the system instead of against it. A little less successful, about 64%.
