I just really, really, really want Auburn to lose so it may be a play from the heart more than the brain. I hate Cam Newton and think he is a cheater and he knows it too. I hope if he wins the Heisman it will be a-la Reggie Bush all over again.

Wouldn't be a huge upset, but Pitt +2 over Cincy. Other than SC, I am on all favs. Woodee, you are dead-on my feelings for the Newton situation. I like what Pat Hayden out of USC has been saying in the press, why this should be any different than the Bush saga. You know this goes on all around, and perfect chance to make a statement, to make kids/parents think twice in the future. But the heads dropped the ball on this one, probably somebody has Auburn in their pocket on that committee.
I agree with others, this has been an interesting side contest of sorts. Thanks for running it.

Seems if everyone, including myself likes this thread... I will run it through the bowls unless Carpet wants to pick it back up.. I think the best way in the bowls is to run it in weekly blocks... Sunday thru Saturday pehaps.. Meaning, block 1 (Dec-19 thru 25), block 2 (Dec 26 thru Jan 1), block 3 (Jan-2 thru championship game). So everyone can pick one team in each block.. Just my suggestion.. but open for debate...
