I honestly don't blame either team for going there.. They both will win at least 8-12 games there because the Pac whatever sux period..I bet your ass no way does Oklahoma or Texas go to the SEC... NO WAY.. Now A&M was foolish enough to do it and may if the stars are aligned win 10 games. Why would you leave a conference that you beat up on to go to a conference where you are promised to lose at least three.. JUST SAYING!!

Should Texas A&M go the SEC, it likely benefits the likes of Alabama, LSU, and Florida, who will now have more access to the Texas HS recruitment market. I assume you know that Gene Stallings ex-Alabama coach, now an A&M Board Reagent, has indicated a strong interest in going to the SEC. He did not like the proposed arrangement with the proposed super PAC 16 conference last year and does not trust U of Texas (lol – who would).

In the end, it’s all about money. Larry Scott, PAC 12 Commish and his close buddy William Powers, U of Texas President (both Harvard grads), Boone Pickens, Oil and Gas man, benefactor of OK State, Phil Knight, Nike (sugar daddy for Oregon), Jerry Jones and his new Texas stadium, will likely laugh all the way to the bank with the proposed Super Pac 16 conference. I’m sure the SEC will follow and then the Big Ten, ACC , BIG East, etc. This has Wall Street and Goldmann-Sachs fingerprints all over it. The TV network and cable deals are worth hundreds of millions of dollars if not more.

As usual, less than 1% of the college players will even get a dime by making a NFL roster. Even more sadly, approximately 40% of them won’t even take advantage of their 4 year scholarship and graduate.

In the meantime, we all get to enjoy our weekend college and NFL football on network and cable TV that funds this money producing ATM machine for the already billionaires. I plead guilty, I do enjoy it.
