Illinois # 24 ranked 6-0 head to play Miami #15 7-0 at Miami.
Illinois is a 5.0 chalk at present.
A Look at Miami from Carpets level-the floor:
Miami is a good shooting team #21 in shooting % at 50% overall. Miami scores 77 points a game #51 in the nation. Like Baylor Miami plays at a slow pace I expect a grinder type of game from Miami.
They are very good at 3 point defense but exceptionally poor in Rebounding.
A LOOK AT ILLINOIS:
#5 in the nation in scoring at 90 points a game. This team has some very solid scoring options. Last game vs Baylor Illinois scored 62 points in a defensive battle when the shots just were not falling. I expect the same thing to happen in this game.
Illinois has the inside advantage as Miami is small-Once Miami forces Illinois inside it will be Illinois advantage all day long. I look for Coach Groce to have this Illinois team fired up for a rematch vs Miami.
