In the future we should let the person running the contest have one free entry for their work. It is a LOT of work. If they want a second entry, they can pay for it, but I think they deserve one free entry.

Usual courtesy is to give the administrator a percentage of the winnings. Woodee definitely
deserves some comp for taking care of us. I'm cool with offering a free entry as well and
then the winner can decide if they want to offer anything more (or not).
