I haven't looked at these for quite a while but if anyone else uses them maybe you can explain something. I understand everything but one column in the Prediction-with-totals model, At the end he's got the money line odds and his predicted percentage of likelihood that the favorite covers the ML wager and out to the right a column named 'TOTAL' with no explanation what this means. It can't be his predicted total for the game because it just doesn't seem plausible looking at some of the numbers. Anyone have a clue?
