Anyway you did say you advise a book and that you aren't afraid of anyone's action. You aren't practicing what you preach from my observations if Looselines is the place, in fact, whom you advise based on their unwillingness to put up games that aren't up anywhere else. I like everyone else reads your posts all the time. I respect you a lot, ive talked to you on the phone and I know we are going to have a blast next baseball season. I have one thing i cant understand. How You ever take your name and respond to a Polar qoute. As I already knew and others now see ,this guy has multy personalits or something. Every single thing he ever says is a contradiction of something he said a day before. He sits around and blasts other books all the time and his book does the exact same thing. Him calling other books clones is ridiculous. Does his invent the lines. When are his 2 points off anyones. Oh wow he has a half point difference everynow and then. Sky, thanks for the kind offer. As for Polar, I think very few of us take him too seriously. Some of what he has to say makes sense (especially after a few drinks). It's just so damn fun to read his threads. Polar provides comic relief especially after a boring day's work.

Sky, you all should consider posting a line (OVER/UNDER) on how many people will read this thread by Sunday when the Bettorsworld Digest comes out. A thread by POLAR and with a title "their not clones...." I say OVER 800 reads.

This is Steve Sky doesnt post here. Once a long time ago and actually got into and goated by polar. Im so glad you see eye to eye with me. Polar is sheer entertainment.
If you havent ever read it look up Questions for Skybook. It was a post from about 3 weeks ago. You can see even more hysterical stuff. The most ridiculous statements and false accusations over and over for 3 days.

Steve of Skybook, Excuse me for interrupting this somewhat comical thread but I have a serious question for you is it yourself or someone else that makes up the line that you deal. Also only a comment, I repeat only a comment don't you think that "TEN DIMES" is a little high for anything having to do with baseball. I in the past have worked with what I had thought to have been the biggest shops that existed and they only gave "7 DIMES" to whom we know as the originators of the play; you I am sure know who I am talking about...

I always enjoy Polar's posts. They are outrageous, contradictory, and anything but politically correct. Many of us have an axe to grind. But when you have an axe to grind, like Polar does, you have to defend your position. And I wouldn't want to be in a position of having to defend many of Polar's statements. That is his responsibility. I certainly don't agree with everything he says. But I do find Looseline to be an excellent out for me. Their opening lines are noticeably different from the Don Best books, and I sometimes find 1 point differences on certain NBA sides. And during baseball, I also found excellent opportunities off their opening lines. Also, their hockey lines offer excellent value, and I now put more of my plays in with them than anyone else. However, as the day go on with the exception of hockey, their lines become pretty much the same as other books. And if hockey ever becomes a popular betting sport, players will probably also bet their lines back to the norm.

Polar is one of the few BMs who opinionates the opening line. And he deserves credit for that. And Looselines is a good book. But beyond that, it is Polar, and Polar alone, who must answer his critics.

At Skybook we like everyone else get our opening line from someone else. I personally like the Stardust.
There was a debate in this forum a few weeks ago who should get credit for having the opening line. Yes Carib is usually first , then Olympic. I would bet though that they pay for those opening lines, and if so are they really the originators or is it the person they pay. once we set our opening lines we of course adjust them and make changes according to the action we take in.
