my list of useful places for soccer

Centrebet, Megasports, Canbet, Intertops, Interwetten, and Betmaker now definitely, and Sportingbet and DAS

DAS does not have as many leagues, but odds are still good compared to some, so reasonably often will find a better price on a game there, plus you get the Australian stuff and live games

        To Aussie Vamp:

        Thanxs for info:

I just cashed out of Interwetten and I'm going back to Intertops, but before I do that I thought I'll check out what you have mentioned.

I found the Interwetten odds on soccer lower than
Intertops and probably some of the one you mentioned.

        As far as cricket goes...
Anything for the tribal test series against our brudders in Kiwiland.

Them Kiwis are probably ****y as sh*te now that they won a test series against WIndies??

Fedya, I am interested in shopping around opportunities, and interwetten/intertops offer lots of leagues - for instance, around best price at Intertop on Birmingham last night........ that is the reason they are good, among other sports

Which is more, heaps or quite a lot?

Megasports web site doesn't exactly attract potential new customers like me..

No, Salerno has said it is built purely for speed, and it is certainly faster than any of the others - it should be

But you are right, it might be he is too cheap to pay designers

but then, all the austrian ones are crap, too

Largest and best are two entirely different notions.

By largest I would say turnover($$$) is #1. That is the key. Afterwards, you can look at number of clients, employees, and quite importantly assets (though most have little or none).

You must also remember that although some companies are valued in billions, like William Hill, and employ probably 100X as many people as all the offshore books put together, it isn't necessarily a good thing. They have hundreds of offices (betting shops), but so what? ONE web site can take all that business over with ease. So the conclusion is easy = LOWER COSTS.

Which is why the future belongs to sportsbooks that use the internet as opposed to expensive to maintain betting offices. Their costs are small, the number of employees much smaller, and their reach, MUCH BIGGER.

These small operations will not be small in a few years time, and might even give William Hill a run for their money in the not too distant future. Especially if the fax situation stays.

As for best, that's an entirely different story, and pretty much a unique issue...
