By now everyone knows the mess epayment has created. Please call the upgrades department so we may end your fustration on this matter. If you don't get thru with whoever answers the phone ask for me or Mike. I want to say thanks to you and everyone else that has been patient with this Credit Card nightmare.
Regards
Spiro
Here's an update on my situation: I called Customer Accounts at Olympic and I was told that, since Olympic is no longer using ePayment Solutions, the amount of my withdrawal request would go back into my Account (so, my account should increase by $1700 very soon). And, I was also told that, if I want to withdraw it from now on, they would send it to me by Western Union or some other means. So, from what I understand, I have to wait for my account to be credited, and then request another payout and wait for it to arrive by Western Union.
Not the best solution in the world, but I can live with it. The person on the phone was courteous and helpful, and I at least know that Olympic is not trying to scam me or anything. I'll just have to wait a little longer.
