Hey there's that small percentage out there that will bet anything. Like they say, if you take an ad out and ask people to send you money......somebody will!!......for any reason.
On a different note, somebody mentioned to me that Intertops had a line on the Israeli elections........with Sharon the heavy favorite. Haven't had the inclination to check it out yet.

I've traveled to many civil and uncivilized countries in my 'short' lifetime. I've NEVER heard anyone complain or challenge the US presidency qualifications. Especially the 35 year old age minimum.
