Just what the Hell happened to Iowa last night, losing to Michigan at Home, is there something going on with this team I dont know about? please advise...

As far Wisky not covering at Purdue they won for the first time in many try's at Purdue and Purdue covered on the back door...Wisky is solid...

Regarding Iowa losing vs. Michigan at home---

I have not read anything saying their are any probs. i look for them to come out fired up in their next game as Alford and players were pretty pissed. Pierce did his "me" act quite a bit and I expect that to change.

One thing that I could see is the lack of attendence at Carver Hawkeye Areana that night. The place was pretty much empty due to the heavy snow and winter advisory that was in affect. Snow was coming down heavy and blowing. Many of the fans are from surrounding rural areas that take up sometime up to 60-75 minutes to drive from and they basically could not make the trip. So the lack of energy from the fans probably contributed to the sloppy, slow 1st half when they got down big. they played great in the 2nd half afetr they realized that was how it was going to be. I think that played a huge factor in the loss.

I am looking to jump on them next game which is probably Saturday. I will check on it cap it.

Iowa opens at +3 at Ohio State. I am going to look at this one more just to see HOW MUCH i like it, but I see Iowa coming out VERY Fired up even on the Road.

The points are just a bonus.

Woodie great point on Iowa, it looks as if Ohio State has gained some respect in thier 19 point loss to Illinois, the respect will grow for OSU but Iowa getting 3 points I agree a bonus

Recore 13-6

Today I have one going off so far. Thanks to Woodie, I decided to take a good look at the Iowa game and love them as well. They will be fired up and although it is going against the unranked vs ranked thing, I have to stick with them. I see this as Iowa winning by 3.
When Iowa lost to Michigan, Michigan got one of their stars back for that game and Michigan is a much better team than people give credit for. I know Iowa was flat the first half but as Woodie said, They got back on track in the second half big time and that will carry over to the OSU game. OSU should be alittle flat the first half of this game so it will be crucial for Iowa to strike fast.

My pick is Iowa+3 1/2

They are the real deal and should win this game straight up.
Walsh is out for Florida which kills them. Ark should keep the lead in this game and win in the last few min.
