For the record ...

In this case the resolution was hardly amicable. A condition of the "settlement" was that I never return to CARIB. Alone, this is not such a big deal ... but the discussion did not end there.

Furthermore, Willam C., the owner emphasized that if he even suspected that another customer placed a bet for me at CARIB that person's entire account would be confiscated!

Just when one hopes the offshore business is "maturing" you have just such an example of wild west mentality ...

That puts the settlement in the player's favor in a whole new light.

Perhaps the thread title should be changed yet again to:

Carib Settles Dispute in Player's Favor, and Then Boots Him
