Help me out on how does this help Bettorsworld in driving traffic and visitors- I for one don't like off shoring a contest.

Yes, picks will be made and automatically scored off-site, but then we can copy everyone's picks to a weekly thread on Bettorsworld for all to see. And we will copy the standings to the Weekly thread also. Too bad Bettorsworld couldn't add some kind of auto picks application to the Bettorsworld site. It might be available. I'll look into it and alert Jeff if it is possible to enable with this Forum's software.

i do not like the idea that you can change your pics. once u pick your games that should be final

Thing is, you can't change your picks after the deadline. Same as before. Think of this as your first draft, or your notes. No one sees these "early picks" except you. So it's no big deal. I always write down my first thoughts on my possible picks on a piece of paper and change them many times until the deadline. Now, I can enter them into the contest and change them on the site. If I forget the deadline, no big deal, as my last draft will be in. This should eliminate anyone missing the deadline and getting an 0-5 and bitching.

Getting this all set up in the next day. I will be taking payments for the pool by paypal and my regular mail.

FYI- I only want to do the pick em (Mock Hilton) part of it, not the survivor contest so I can keep it straight and not make more work on it so someone else will have to run the survivor portion of it. Thanks.

I put up lines for week 3 preseason as we have been testing but since there is no line on the Kansas City game and the LA Rams game i just put them in at pick for now. Once the majn contest starts we will be using the main contest lines.

Due to the cutoff times that the system is limiting it too, unless i hear otherwise i will set the cutoff at 5AM PST on Sunday.

Any question drop them here and we will hash out these details

To answer my own question, and for anyone else interested in multiple entries.
It's actually very easy. Just click on "Ad a Picksheet". under Picks. And title your 2nd entry whatever you want since it will be owned by your original username.

It looks like Pool Host does not allow half point for ties. That's a problem. And still no option for a Saturday late night deadline.
