Orlando Magic vs. Toronto Raptors

Last season I would’ve said that this series would be a compelling match up with an unpredictable outcome, but this season the Magic have gone no where but up the ranking in the East and overall in the NBA as the Raptors have done the complete opposite by losing their edge and regressing back to a mediocre team in the East.

It is a good possibility that Superman Dwight Howard will lead his boys to a sweep over Chris Bosh’s Raptors, but I really wouldn’t be surprised that the Raptors steal one or two games from Orlando when they play at home in Toronto.

The Magic is still a very young team with close to no playoff experience, so much like the Hornets in the West, the inexperience may possibly be their undoing, but if they are able to handle pressure and play like they have all season, it will be an easy road into the next round.

The Raptors on the other hand are a young team as well and have the potential to be a competitive team in the East in the future, but the Magic will cause a lot of match up problems for the Raptors as they will not be able to stop Dwight Howard from dominating the paint or contain both Hedo Turkoglu and Rashard Lewis.

The Magic will win the series in 4 or 5 games.
