The New York Giants found a way to stay within striking distance of the Dallas Cowboys for the NFC East title. Even if they don’t win the NFC East, they’re still in good position to win a wildcard spot in the NFC. Eli Manning seemed to be his old self, throwing interceptions and throwing touchdowns. Earlier in the year, he was missing the touchdowns from that sentence.
Rashad Jennings iced the Game with a huge run to prevent the Bengals from getting the ball back. Beckham had quite the Game with 10 catches for 97 yards and a touchdown.
The Giants’ offensive line was able to keep Eli upright which translates into victories. Eli still managed to make a few bad decisions on the field, but you have to expect that from Eli.
The Chicago Bears lost to the less than mediocre Tampa Bay Buccaneers. The bright spot continues to be Jordan Howard as he rushed 15 times for 100 yards with his long being for 15 yards.
Alshon Jeffery is now suspended for Four Games due to performance enhancing drugs so a bad team just became an even worse team.
The Giants’ defense is a lot better than it gets credit for. We suspect that the Giants will be able to keep the Bears at or under 17 points and the Giants have too much firepower to be held below 25 points against the struggling Bears. For this reason, we like the Giants -7.5
