The Atlanta Falcons are coming off of an offensive display against the Saints. Matt Ryan has had a great start to this season as he has been very efficient in the passing Game. Can you believe Julio Jones only had 1 catch? Wow!
This past Game versus the Saints belonged to the running backs. Devonta Freeman and Tevin Coleman are becoming one of the most feared duos in all of football. It’s not your typical thunder and lightning combination. They are lightning and even more lightning on the field. As long as they can stay healthy and hold on to the football, look for this combination to continue to wreak havoc on NFL defenses.
The Falcons defense even showed up a little and produced a touchdown early in the 4th quarter to put the Game away. The Falcons are currently leading the NFC South and have 2 quality wins.
All of the haters are starting to emerge as the Carolina Panthers have got off to a rough start this season. The Vikings defense is the Real and they proved it against last years’ highest scoring offense as well as the Packers’ offense.
The Panthers are going to be just fine. They’re three Games into the season and only 1 Game out of first place in the division with the chance to take the lead in the division with a victory over Atlanta this week.
The Falcons offense has really been clicking. However, the Panthers defense can actually stop someone while the same can’t be said for the Falcons 28th ranked “D”. Also note it was these Falcons who ended the Panthers bid for an undefeated regular season in week 12 last year. Panthers -3
