The Titans will host the Raiders on Sunday in a Game that kicks off at 1pm est. The Game opened pk and the early action has moved that to Tennessee -1.5. The total is 46.5.
The Oakland Raiders head into Tennessee fresh off of their first loss of the season. The Titans are looking to get their running Game started early this week with the resurgeNCe of running back DeMarco Murray. The former Cowboy and Eagles RB has seen a change of scenery as a chance to get back to his Cowboy days, where he was the NFL’s leading rusher.
The Titans rely heavily on the running Game to set the pass up for their second year QB Marcus Mariota. The young QB has already thrown Four Touchdowns this season and is a constant threat to use his legs on any play. The QB can rely on tight end Delanie Walker who has shown to be sure handed since his days in San Francisco. The Titans’ QB will look to limit his turnovers against a strong Raiders’ defense lead by their All-Pro LB Kahlil MACk.
The Raiders are going to look to continue their success on the ground this week by handing the ball off to RB LAtavius Murray who already has two rushing TDs this season in addition to his seven receptions. The Raiders are finding success on the ground this year with the NFL’s second ranked rushing attack, but the main offensive weapon for the Raiders is Amari Cooper, who comes into the Game with two hundred yards receiving and eleven catches. You can look for him to add to those numbers this weekend against a Titans’ defense who only has one interception for the season.
Our Pick – Raiders defense not much to write home about at this point, however, the offense has had no problem finding the endzone. Our model sees this as a high scoring affair with 50+ points being scored and the Raiders on top when the smoke clears. Raiders +1.5
