Hard to believe just after the halfway point to the season that neither the Packers or the Seahawks are over .500. The Packers snapped their two-Game losing streak in their last Game where their offense came through putting up 31 points and they only GAve up 12. They trail the 6-3 Chicago Bears in the NFC North and they still face them in the Windy City, but the team has to keep winning for any post-season possibilities.
The Seahawks have lost two in a row and in their last Game they played their 2nd straight close Game against the L.A. Rams, but came up short again. they are at 4-5 with the Rams at 9-1 in the NFC West, so Seattle will likely have to rely on the Wild Card to make the playoffs. The Seahawks did run the ball well in the loss to the Rams and they rank first in the league averaging 152.2 rushing yards per Game.
At 5Dimes sportsbook the Seahawks are a 2.5-point home favorite with a total of 49 points.

Jones has been playing well as of late and his play will be key facing the weakness of the Seattle defense, which is their run defense.
The Seahawks were in LA LA LAnd in their last Game losing to the L.A. Rams 36-31 where they GAve up 16 points in the 4th quarter. They were outGAined 456 yards to 414 yards, but they busted out for 273 rushing yards in the loss.
Russell Wilson passed for 176 yards with three TD and no INT, but he was sacked Four times. Rashaad Penny had a breakout Game, as the #1 pick of Seattle in the last draft went for 108 yards after totaling 11 yards in his previous Game. Wilson had 92 rushing yards in the Game and the more the Seahawks can run the ball the more they will keep Aaron Rodgers and company on the sidelines.
The Seahawks will be facing a Green Bay run defense that does not rank in the top 20 in the league.
